After-sales service follow-up coordinator
   

Full-time position
     

The person acts as a liaison between the company and its customers for after-sales follow-up.
    

FUNCTIONS :

  • You will contact and receive calls/emails/text messages/internet requests from our customers to schedule vehicle maintenance;
  • Solicit existing customers to promote manufacturer-recommended maintenance services and, where appropriate, promote other after-sales services as directed by management;
  • Schedule and confirm appointments;
  • Consult customer file history before making telephone calls;
  • Participate in resolving customer complaints;
  • Follow-up with all concerned after repairs have been made.
  • Make phone calls/digital relays for seasonal promotions.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS :

  • Experience in an automotive service department or customer service call center.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, particularly Excel and SERTI an asset.
  • Dedicated to customer service.
  • Comfortable on the telephone.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English an asset.
  • Team player.
