Vehicle Delivery Attendant

Full-time permanent position

JOB DESCRIPTION

Working with the team of sales advisors, this person ensures that customers taking possession of their new vehicle are informed of its features and options, so that they can benefit from every aspect of it.

FUNCTIONS

• Organize and coordinate customer deliveries;
  
• Ensure that the cosmetic preparation is adequate, that the required accessories and options are installed and that everything works properly;
• Prepare and check documents and forms required for vehicle delivery;
•  Have customers sign documents and forms;
• Explain vehicle operation to new owners and answer questions;
• Deal effectively with any problems raised by customers;
• Keep up to date with the latest developments in the automotive industry;
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process;
• Perform administrative tasks related to vehicle delivery;
• Contribute to team efforts by performing all other related tasks.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENT

• High school diploma;
  
• Experience in the automotive industry will be considered an asset;
• Knowledge of the Office suite and ability to learn various software programs;
• Integrity, courtesy and dynamism;
• Autonomous and motivated by high customer satisfaction;
• Valid driver's license.
